Not exactly trendy and fashionable but you’ll be feeling smug and toasty……. Wearing leg warmers under your bib shorts provides an extra layer of insulation, keeping your legs cosy and comfortable.
A thin cycling cap worn under your helmet offers valuable head protection, while a neck warmer serves a dual purpose. It not only keeps your neck toasty but also acts as a handy face covering, preventing road spray from invading your mouth and lungs on wet days. We’ve been there - that feeling of crunchy stuff between your teeth really isn’t nice.

Get into the habit of folding it up into your jersey pocket and bringing it with you, even if you feel you don’t need it.

If you're not a DIY mechanic, take yourself to your local bike shop – they'll be happy to keep your trusty steed running smoothly.
