Yay! You’re ready to place an order and want to understand how our delivery process works! We hope we’ve outlined everything below, but if you think we’ve missed anything, feel free to get in touch.

We offer free delivery to our lovely customers in Ireland and the EU for every order over €75. It can take up to 4 working days to arrive (An Post aims for 2 working days). You can also choose to have tracked post (option at the checkout) - this provides you with an extra layer of security, knowing you can track your new kit as it travels from the VeloFlamingo website all the way to your door!

We generally dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. We’re a small team and when we are not cycling our little legs off, we’re furiously working on all things VeloFlamingo!

As you might have guessed, we’re super passionate about cycling and generally dispatch packages Monday to Friday. If you need your kit SUPER fast, we can arrange collection from our Dublin HQ.
